You will serve the food that you cook and finally you’ll have a guide book of cooking that you can take back and cook for different Khmer food for your friends or family.
Pick up from the hotel and transfer to a local market to explore the real market of villagers and look for some needed ingredients for the class. After that we’ll get into the village for a short walk and enter our class. Your chef will introduce you to all ingredients and start slowly to cook. Everyone has their own station. One main dish, salad and dessert will be cooked. You will serve the food that you cook and finally you’ll have a guide book of cooking that you can take back and cook for different Khmer food for your friends or family. What’s included: – English / France Speaking Guide – Transportation (Tuk Tuk/ Private Vehicles ) – Lunch or Dinner – Cold Bottle Water and Cold Towels
