We will leave from the hotel at 8 am then drive to the west of Siem reap city by many local villages of countryside. Do one stop at a local market to explore the fresh products of villager where the baskets of snakes, snails, frogs, crickets, water cockroaches, fishes and their vegetables and so many of snacks. After this we keep going to the Eco floating villages of Mechrey. It is the most beautiful quiet village with Eco friendly and not a mass of tourists group at there. You will get in a private boat and drive to visit the island Buddhist monastery and visit the religious site of the villager and keep going on to reach to a floating village to explore the house without stilts and float in the lake. Here it is the biggest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and these villagers catch 10 tones of fish from the lake per day and they live by fishing. Your tour guide will tell you the secret way how people catch the fish and the geography and the story of the lake. You’ll see also  the crocodiles farm of family. Finally return into a village, do the tour walk and talk then meeting a local chef and learn how to cook with her. She is the master chef of this village. You’ll cook with her of frying red ants with chicken, fish cakes and local turmeric curry. You will serve the food that you cook with the family.
